Joseph Dindiok Kpemka, Esq.
Joseph Dindiok Kpemka is the Head of Chambers at Kpemka & Company PRUC, a seasoned lawyer and he brings to the firm extensive experience in governance, public administration, and high-level legal practice.
He served as Deputy Attorney-General and Deputy Minister for Justice of the Republic of Ghana from 2017 to 2021, where he played a pivotal role in legal reform and legislative development. In 2024, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST), further demonstrating his leadership in both the public and corporate sectors.
