Joseph Dindiok Kpemka is the Managing Partner of Kpemka & Company PRUC. A seasoned lawyer and public servant, he brings to the firm extensive experience in governance, public administration, and high-level legal practice.

He served as Deputy Attorney-General and Deputy Minister for Justice of the Republic of Ghana from 2016 to 2020, where he played a pivotal role in legal reform and legislative development. In 2024, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST), further demonstrating his leadership in both the public and corporate sectors.
